We just wanted to share with you a short note to let you know we are doing a bit of housekeeping, and that we are “hitting the road” to spend some time in the wild.
Hosting Issues
Last week we had some serious issues with our WordPress host, there was a technical problem that took them WAY to long to address. The decision was made to make some changes.
Unfortunately, the people who were in charge of the changes made a pretty big mess of it. Bottom line, we are here, we are up and running, and we expect to stay up and running. Having said that, if something happens the website could potentially go off line for a couple of days.
Don’t panic! We aren’t going anywhere, it’s just dealing with transition issues. If for some reason we disapear, know we will be back at the same address.
This isn’t some government conspiracy, rather it’s some people on the back end of things that are struggling.
I am a writer, a photographer, but I’m not a webmaster. Anyway, I just wanted to give you all a heads up.
Hitting The Road
Spice just got back from a Rim to Rim hike of the Grand Canyon, and now we are headed out into the wild to do some of that “communing with nature” stuff. We are going to be in places where there is zero net access, so there will probably be several days over the next 10 where we don’t publish anything.
Nothing is wrong, it’s just that we like to go places where phones don’t reach.
