    • Not yet but it’s on the list. We’ve just finished buying the guns and the optics, and between all of that it’s close to $5K which is enough in all honesty to spend for a bit.

        • Right now I have a couple of Gen 1 night vision devices (meh) and a digital night vision scope (adequate for close range, 100 yards or less). Next up is one of those FLIR Thermal scopes, that will be interesting. Real night vision will have to wait until funds allow.

          On the “flip down magnifier” I’m going to get one of the Vortex ones to start with because I’ve used one and it was well built and had good optics. I just can’t see paying $550ish for an EOTech one, especially since the designated philosophy of use is a close quarters rifle carbine (100 yards or less) and the magnifier will not be left on the gun. Gotta keep that gun weight down!
